Return Policy

All return requests must be within 3 days after package was dropped off from the carrier , 

Over 3 days we would consider the item satisfactory and no  returns/refunds would be accepted. 

1,We accept returns if the item with obvious quality problems which can be defined as follows:

    ·Obvious quality defects

          · Not following the customization requirement of customer

          · Size deviation from the original size criteria as well as required measurements.

          · Obvious wrong color as customer choose

          · Merchandise damaged when delivery

Note:damage during shipping /color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied 
by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received

2.,All return item must be in the same condition as the item sent to you .

3,We don’t accept any return request because of man-made damage (eg: Alter size ,Wash, Stitchwork, 
scald…etc)

4, We do not accept the request for return if your received product does not meet your requirement on

 the hang of the style from the original product design. Any changed items from original design can not 

be returned and exchanged under any circumstances.

5, Because of everybody different size , different figure, different appearance that we can not guarantee 

all will looks as beautiful as picture show .so All requests for returns because of the reasons such as not 

looks beautiful as picture , not beautiful as expect , not like the fabric, etc. are not accepted.

6, We don't take any responsibility for the delay of your confirmation email received by us. Usually 

after getting your full payment we will send you email of order confirmation to re-confirm all your order 
details to avoid any mistakes, if your order can not be confirmed within 3 business

days after the payment date, we will make your order according to the confirmation email we sent before

 without any return and exchange.

7,All return item must be have our authorization return number(ARN) on package , and then ship back to 

the correct address by UPS,DHL,FEDEX,USPS fully insured (for your protection) and be received by 

us within (10) ten business days.

8,For the returns, you need to afford the restocking fee 85$.the shipping to you and from you would not 
be refunded.

9. pics and infirmations just for reference,color aberration is existed due to the color effect by 

the pc monitor and lighting.all in standard with real item you recieved.
