We want you to have 100% satisfaction with your shopping experience at GoWeddingDress When you need to return a product to us, please follow the easy steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently.
1.Please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having.
If there are any issues related with Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items, please take the picture of dress and send to service@goweddingdress.com. For the dispute on size deviation, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem and send to service@goweddingdress.com.
2.Apply for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Your item needs an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before it's returned so we can identity it. You can request an RMA in My order associated with my account.
3. Print a "Return Shipping Authorization" label
Once your RMA was approved, you can print a "Return Shipping Authorization" label must be enclosed inside your package, you may want to keep a copy of "Return Shipping Authorization" label for your records.
4. Ship merchandise to GoWeddingDress Warehouse
Put your return authorization number clearly on the outside of the box. Send your package to( insurance recommended):

5. RMA Resolution
If you requested a Replacement, a new order will be generated once we confirm your return. You'll receive standard email updates for the replacement order.
If you requested a Refund, a credit memo will be generated once we confirm your return. You can expect the refund amount to be credited to your original payment method 48 hours.
Tip: Please do not send faulty goods back without discussing with us. It is very hard for us to handle a package without any necessary order information.
Generally we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the post office rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS and FEDEX. Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by post office.
